My Journey
My real training began through crisis. After losing my mother and my job in 2008, my world collapsed. I found myself crying each night, wondering if I'd wake the next morning. In that darkness, I discovered a path forward. I became a HeartMath Coach, studied spiritual counseling, and learned from shamans and healers who showed me how our deepest wounds can become our greatest gifts. What shaped me wasn't just formal education, but the raw experience of rebuilding myself. I've sat with grief, faced my shadows, and found beauty in brokenness. This journey taught me to guide others through their own healing and transformations with courage, compassion, and love.

Who I Work With
